To Order first slect number of flowers and shirt size. Please note prcie will vary based on number of flowers.
 
In the comments field please list the flower(s) or month in the order you wish the design to start with list applicable names right after the flower/month. Names are optional. Also list the shirt color and placement.
 
Shirt shown has flowers on the sleeve, however placement can be changed based on number of flowers. I reccomend max of 4 flowers on the sleeve. Flowers can also be placed in the upper left chest or across the chest.
